1. Sponsor

GovDirections, LLC, 245 N Highland Ave STE 230-524, Atlanta, GA 30307 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to registered GovDirections members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Void in the Province of Quebec, Canada, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of GovDirections, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on June 21, 2026 and entries must be earned by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 4, 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”). The random drawing will take place on or about July 19, 2026.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To earn sweepstakes entries:

1. Log in to your registered GovDirections member account at govdirections.com.
2. Browse government bid listings at govdirections.com/rfp/. Each individual bid page view counts toward your entry total.
3. For every 32 cumulative bid pages viewed while logged in during the contest period, you automatically earn one (1) sweepstakes entry. There is no limit on the number of entries you may earn.

Entries are tracked automatically by your member account. No additional steps are required. Entries are non-transferable.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: An official USA Soccer jersey, winner’s choice of size (approximate retail value: $130 USD). No cash equivalent or substitution of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Entry Deadline on or about July 19, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their GovDirections account. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize, including providing a valid shipping address. Failure to respond within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this contest is subject to the GovDirections Privacy Policy. Winner’s name and state of residence may be made available upon request.

10. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any soccer governing body. Any references to soccer, the sport, or the summer 2026 international tournament schedule are purely descriptive and for timing purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
